Delivery

The Company will endeavor to deliver the Products in accordance with the Customer’s order. Delivery options and their rates are listed on the Company’s website and will be communicated to the Customer when the order is placed. Delivery will be made to the address specified in the order. The Company accepts no liability for the consequences of late delivery, however caused, but will make every effort to deliver on time. In the event of a delay in delivery, the Customer must notify the Company, who will endeavor to determine whether the Product has been delivered and/or on the expected date. The Company may, at its discretion, refund the Customer the full delivery charge or, if the amended delivery time is not acceptable, offer an alternative delivery option. These remedies are the Customer’s sole remedies in the event of a late delivery.

Returns and Cancellations

The Company reserves the right to refuse the return of any product ordered in error. Any error must be reported to the Company within 7 days of receipt of the products. Reasonable requests for order cancellation will not be refused by the Company. The Company reserves the right to charge a processing fee of up to 25% of the invoice amount if the products have already been shipped. In the event of a delay in delivery, the Customer must notify the Company. The Company will attempt to determine if the product has been delivered and/or the expected date. The Company may, at its discretion, refund the Customer the full delivery charge or, if the amended delivery time is not acceptable, offer an alternative delivery option. These remedies are the Customer’s sole remedies in the event of a delay in delivery.

Damaged or defective products

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods promptly upon arrival. Any defect in the product, apparent after reasonable examination, must be discovered within 4 days of receipt. In this case, the company reserves the right to replace the product free of charge, including delivery charges, or to refund the purchase price. In the event of a delay in delivery, the customer must notify the company. The company will endeavor to determine whether the product has been delivered and/or on the expected date.
